  I studied at Edinburgh College of Art and have a BA Hons degree in Applied Design (Jewellery and Theatre Costume)

  I love teaching drawing and painting most, and encouraging pupils to develop their skills, and think more creatively!

  I have a real passion for music, and love to spend time doing this when not teaching.

  I studied Fine Art at Edinburgh College of Art and my passion is mainly within Portraiture and Figurative. I was obsessed with Life Drawing at Art School and I still attend Life Drawing classes on a monthly basis.

  I love teaching 3D Design and Photography - I think this is because I learn new things every time I teach these disciplines!
  I taught myself Dressmaking and I love making clothes. This discipline taught me to be more precise and accurate - I'm quite a messy artist. I am particularly proud of the fact I made my niece's Christening gown from her mother's wedding dress fabric and I made my best friend's wedding dress. I play netball, attend dance classes and I love to climb Munros with the family.

  I studied Illustration and Printmaking at Duncan Of Jordanstone in Dundee, and Children’s Picture Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art.
  I love teaching photography and digital editing with senior pupils. It’s very exciting when they finally see their final prints.

  In my own time, I still make my own work using papercut and collage – which is fiddly and time consuming! I love to spend time with my dog Dory (who is a very large dachshund).

  I studied BA (Hons) Acting for Stage and Screen specialising in Children's Theatre

  I have too many favourite things to teach! Stage make- up in S2 and Movement in S3 as well as Higher are probably the ones I would choose.

  I love to go to the theatre and hang out with my kitten... Rock and roll!
