    Mr Lamb

    Principal Teacher of Design, Engineering and Technology. I took over as PTC in 2017 but prior to that taught at Beath High School, Balwearie High School and St Modans. I mainly teach wood work in the workshops as I find the practical nature of the subject and the end result of projects to be very rewarding, but have taught all the DET subjects at various levels throughout the years.

    I have my own workshop at home where I am always looking to enhance and try new practical skills. I have an old house so I always have something to fix and means my skills are put to use.

    When I am not working and get some down time I am a fan of  movie or something comic/superhero related, but with two young sons that very rarely happens.

    I have worked at Dunfermline High for 7 years, prior to this I worked at Graeme High in Falkirk. I have taught all DET subjects over my 15-year career. I have a passion for my subject, specifically anything relating to creativity and manufacturing.

    I love running and to date have completed 33 marathons. Running helps with the fact I also love my food and craft beer. I have a wife and 2 daughters.

    When I get the TV remote, I love to watch anything sci fi! My favourite film of all time is Independence Day!

    Miss Erskine

    Teacher of Design, Engineering and technology. I have been teaching in Dunfermline High School since 2015. I teach most of the DET subjects but mostly work within the senior school preparing S5/6s for University through their Higher and Advanced Higher courses. I teach Graphic Communication and Design and Manufacture mostly, but enjoy the challenge of teaching Practical Woodworking.

    When I am not working I spend my time walking my dogs, exploring new places, watching series or gaming. I enjoy watching fantasy series/movies and quite often play games as my pastime. Â
