The S2 Geography course focusses on career and employability skills in Geography. Our course gives introductory skills in town planning, land use management, renewable energies, natural disasters such as managing climate change and map making.

The course is a fascinating blend of skills which emphasize a blend of numeracy and literacy. Typically a shorter response subject, there are few essay style questions but more emphasis on using data, tables, graphs, maps, satellite imagery and engaging with the outdoors. 

 The S2 History course focusses on career and employability skills in History. Our course gives introductory skills in chronology, analysing the causes and impact of historical events such as the Black Death, an understanding of Witch persecution in the 16^th and 17^th century as well as poverty in haunted Edinburgh.

The S2 RMPS course focusses on career and employability skills in RMPS. Our course gives introductory skills in examining: 

• The Holocaust 
• Issues of morality  
• Life after death 
• Islam and Islamophobia 

The S2 RMPS course blends knowledge with key information about the lives and beliefs of others, with emphasis on pupil opinion and justification of personal views.
