Book to the Future (Reading Leadership Group)

A Novel Bunch (Senior Book Club)

A Novel Bunch meet every Thursday at lunchtime in C103. Each term, pupils are given 3 books to choose from. Once they have chosen their book, pupils read 5 chapters a week and engage in enthusiastic discussions at lunchtime.

The club is open to all S5 and S6 pupils.

The Pageturners (S3 Carnegie Medal Shadowing)

Every year, from March-May, the Pageturners are formed!

The group is open to all pupils in S3, and we meet at lunchtime on Tuesdays in C101 to discuss the eight books that have been shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal.

We discuss the books that we've read, engage with challenges set by the authors and share our star-ratings.
